Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and shop operations.
- Receive, organize, and track materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and stage materials for field crews and job sites.
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with drivers, vendors, and field teams.
- Keep the warehouse, shop, and yard clean, safe, and well organized.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and tool/equipment logs.
- Ensure materials and tools are returned and in good working order.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and field supervisors.
- Assist with light fabrication or material prep when needed.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on safety and respect.
- 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shop operations (construction or mechanical trades preferred).
- Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with basic inventory tracking systems or ERP software a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record; CDL helpful but not required.
- Forklift operation experience preferred but not required (training available).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an active warehouse and yard environment.
