J&F Facility Services is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Night Area Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our evening operations throughout Western Wisconsin. As the Night Area Supervisor, you will lead multiple commercial cleaning teams, ensure exceptional service for our clients, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday through Friday
- Start Time: 4:00 PM
- Occasional on-call weekends as needed
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Company vehicle provided for work-related travel
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites throughout Western Wisconsin
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly cleaning operations at multiple commercial facilities.
- Lead, train, coach, and support cleaning staff to ensure high-quality performance.
- Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and all safety procedures.
- Address employee performance issues and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve concerns and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and equipment is properly cared for.
- Assist with employee training, scheduling, and coverage when staffing adjustments are needed.
- Complete required reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Respond to emergency situations or client requests when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, sanitation procedures, and proper chemical handling.
- Experience managing teams in commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or educational environments is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple locations and priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a variety of commercial environments.
