Lead Cleaner (4:30 pm - 12:30 am)

We are seeking dedicated and experienced cleaning lead to oversee our cleaning operations during the night shift Monday through Friday 4:30pm to 12:30am. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in custodial management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for staff.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules that maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with management to address any operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.
• Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as needed, including laundry services and specialized cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, janitorial procedures, and housekeeping management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospital environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work flexible hours during the night shift while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Join our team as a Night Cleaning Lead and play an essential role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests and staff!
• Be able to drive company vehicles
• On Call 1x every 6 to 8 weeks

Pay:

• $18.00 per hour

• On-call every 6-8 weeks
