WHAT'S THE JOB?

Pretty straightforward — help us keep our customers' buildings looking great.

You'll vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, wipe down surfaces, clean offices and break rooms, and handle other regular commercial cleaning duties.

You'll receive training, know what's expected of you, and have a schedule to follow.

Like working independently? Even better.

NOW, ABOUT THOSE ONLINE REVIEWS...Yep. We've seen them too. And we're guessing if you're considering applying, you've probably Googled us. We don't blame you!

Here's what we'll say: Don't let a handful of reviews make your decision for you.

J&F has more than 150 employees, and some of our people have been with us for 5, 10, and even more years.

Are we perfect? Nope.

Have we made mistakes along the way? Of course.

Are we working hard to get better? Every single day.

We're investing in better training, better communication, stronger leadership, and clearer expectations for everyone.

And we're not afraid to talk about it.

Come interview with us and ask us anything.

Ask about the reviews. Ask what people like about working here. Ask what can be challenging. Ask about management. Ask about expectations. We'd much rather have a real conversation than give you a bunch of corporate fluff.

Come meet us, check us out, and make your own decision.

WHAT ARE WE REALLY LOOKING FOR?

You don't have to be a professional cleaner. You DO need to be someone we can count on.

Show up. Communicate. Do your job. Take pride in your work.

We'll help with the rest.

If you're looking for some extra income, weekly pay, consistent hours, and a job where you can come in, get your work done, and head home...

This might be exactly what you're looking for.

Give us a shot.
