Position Summary
J&F Facility Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Business Development Associate to support customer relationships and assist with business growth and retention. This role focuses on communication, client satisfaction, and relationship-building, with some involvement in sales and outreach activities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is organized, comfortable working in a team environment, and cold calling. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
This position will report directly to the President.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Portfolio with new leads and close deals.
- Assist customers by phone or email to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients
- Build Portfolio with new leads and close deals.
- Conduct on-site visits or inspections as needed
- Support outreach efforts, including introductory or follow-up calls
- Attend Business after hours events
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding client needs or concerns
- Knowledge of CRM
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance driving requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
