About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Project Manager - Mechanical located in Menomonie, WI.
As a Sales Project Manager - Mechanical, you will be responsible for:
- Leveraging your persuasion and relationship management skills to develop and grow a customer base focused on mechanical projects and work orders.
- Applying your project management abilities through performing preliminary design for estimates, preparing pricing for materials and equipment, and sourcing competitive vendors and services.
- Meeting with customers to establish and maintain relationships, generate sales, estimate piping, plumbing, and HVAC projects, and set up and close out projects.
Ahern offers the support of subject matter experts in the area of design and estimating for more complex projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales and project management experience in mechanical - HVAC, Plumbing & Industrial Piping projects.
- A college degree in a related field and local construction experience.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
