You will contribute by supporting the full lifecycle of service work. From setting up maintenance contracts and reviewing work orders to assisting with billing accuracy and customer follow-up. By maintaining detailed records, coordinating documentation, and helping streamline administrative processes, you’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
In addition, your partnership with service sales, operations leadership, and technicians will strengthen collaboration across teams. Whether assisting with proposals, navigating customer accounts, or supporting contract renewals, your work will directly enhance the customer experience and reinforce our commitment to service excellence.
