Position Overview
J&E Tile and Flooring is seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to creating a welcoming showroom experience while supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, have a keen eye for design, and possess strong communication and basic sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and friendliness
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Guide customers through product selections (tile, flooring, finishes) and help design the look of their spaces
- Provide basic sales support, including discussing options, pricing, and closing smaller sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project flow and customer satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks such as order entry, invoicing support, and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
