• Elicit essential insights on any engineering challenges upon order reception, ensuring a seamless communication pipeline with program management for prompt resolution.
• Guarantee that all pre-production processes are robust, from documentation to machine compatibility and alignment with quoted operation times.
• Once production wraps up, adjust the method sequencing and documentation, keeping our quoting team armed with precise information for upcoming projects.
• Construct inspection documentation paired with CMM programs, simplifying shop floor inspections for handcrafted customer dimensions.
• Support responses to any quality anomalies, collaborating on RCCA and generating necessary control plans.
• Engage with operations management, pinpointing failure modes and advocating for training to rectify system discrepancies.
• Embrace ISO compliance and fulfill training requirements seamlessly.
• Contribute to additional duties as delegated by management.
