Customer service expierence is required, insurance agent experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate ! Commission bonus may be available for currently licensed agents for new business brought to the agency.
This position will be based in our Albert City office where you will primarily be an on site agent for local clients. You will also assist the field staff with processing applications, communicating with underwriters, and generating quote presentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.Promote and sell a variety of insurance products through inside sales efforts.
- Develop new client relationships by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and presenting compelling insurance solutions.
- Present coverage options, and pricing to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting clients throughout the entire sales process.
- Promote and sell a variety of insurance products through inside sales efforts, including on site meetings, virtual meetings, or phone/email sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a customer service representative or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations when applicable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Experience in sales administration tasks including documentation management.
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment while coordinating with team members for optimal results. Pay: $15.00 - $29.50 per hour
