Retail Service and Repair Specialist
- Accurately intake repairs and appraisals following established procedures, track jobs to ensure timely completion, and proactively communicate with management.
- Process financing applications and credit approvals for the sales team.
- Verify and update guest information (birthdays, anniversaries, address, phone, and email).
- Notify guests of any changes to job estimates and also inform them when items are ready for pickup.
- Perform quality control on all repairs and custom jobs; have open communication with management.
- Provide accurate timelines and pricing information to sales associates.
- Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and ensure they feel welcome while waiting for a sales associate.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including displays, inventory, wrap room, and cases.
- Actively request Google reviews and referrals from guests.
- Deliver exceptional guest service through thank-you messages, attentive listening, and a helpful attitude at all times.
Working Conditions:
● Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
● Ability to work in a retail environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
● Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
