Crew members can earn from $4 per hour plus tips depending on attitude, experience, availability, and performance. Full and part-time jobs are available.
Pay raises are based on increasing levels of knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Tipton Jim Dandy is a part of J.D. Restaurants Inc. The Reasners opened their first Jim Dandy in 1964. Over the years, they now have six Dairy Queens and one Jim Dandy’s. There is incredibly good restaurant manager advancement potential within the store and within the company!
