Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial, residential, and industrial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing to maintain the appearance of flooring.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
