This role requires a blend of leadership, communication, and organizational abilities to support our team and enhance productivity. Knowledge of sales and automotive repairs a plus.
Duties
Must be able to work weekends with evening hours. 18-24 Hours Part Time.
Manage office operations, including administrative tasks, incoming calls and bids for roadside breakdowns, clerical duties, dispatching technicians and human resources functions.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Coordinate event planning for company meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Maintain calendar management for executives and staff, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Develop and manage budgets for office supplies and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Implement schedule management practices to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication within the office to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Make sales call.
- Build and Manage a sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive office culture.
