Inventory Clerk
Location: El Paso, TX, 79902
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team in El Paso, TX. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking the stock of new and used vehicles in our system, as well as processing paperwork and payments related to vehicle purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Stock in new vehicle inventory

Stock in used vehicle purchases from the buying center or from street purchases

Issue payoff checks to banks or customers for used vehicle purchases

Receive and review original paperwork from buying center and street purchases

Record the transfer of units between locations

Confirm and post ACH and wire payments

Review inventory accounting schedules and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
