Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Bedford, NH. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving store success by supporting daily operations, assisting in team leadership, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing inventory, driving sales, mentoring and coaching team members, and maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment. The Assistant Manager will also support efforts to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and ensure seamless store operations.
