Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Greensboro, NC. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, support and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales by ensuring outstanding execution of merchandising displays. The role involves monitoring inventory, managing scheduling, assisting with employee onboarding and training, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with J.Crew Factory’s values.
