We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic and motivated team. We are currently searching for someone who has the experience and expertise necessary to coordinate, direct and supervise in the planning, organizing and inspection of construction projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing all of the supplies and machinery required for construction work.
Responsibilities:
- Track a budget for each project.
- Review and coordinate the preparation of construction contracts.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and direct all activities in construction projects.
- Direct site work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and budget for each project.
- Supervise field engineers or foremen to plan and direct construction operations.
- Maintain general knowledge of current building codes and new construction methods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,297.00 - $90,304.00 per year
