This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events, overseeing logistics, and ensuring the success of events. The role includes managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales efforts by identifying opportunities through events. The coordinator will also contribute to event marketing initiatives and maintain event-related budgets and timelines.
- Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Management, and coordination of logistics to execute successful events.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in Sales and an ability to identify opportunities through event-related activities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event schedules.
- Knowledge of the cigar industry is an advantage but not required.
