Job Responsibilities
- Tube bending and fabricating custom yacht components
- TIG and MIG welding of aluminum, stainless steel, copper nickle
- Cutting, sanding, and polishing stainless steel materials
- Working both in the shop and on yachts for part installations
- Understanding yacht layouts and components
Requirements
- Punctuality: Arriving on time is essential
- MARINE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, MUST KNOW YOUR WAY AROUND A YACHT
- Responsibility and a strong work ethic
- A team-player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to focus, retain new information, and adapt quickly
- Preference for candidates with experience in the marine industry
- Positive, energized attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Compensation
- Hourly pay rate is based on experience
