As a Service Advisor at J.C. Lewis Motor Co., you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries, in person or by phone
Manage and sell the daily inventory of technicians’ time to service customers
Efficiently distribute work among technicians
Friendly, professional, and organized personality

Demonstrated leadership or management experience preferred
