We are seeking a motivated Lube Technician to help us continue delivering top-quality automotive maintenance and service.

🚙 Position Overview

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our customers’ vehicles through routine service and inspections. You'll be part of a team that values precision, efficiency, and outstanding service.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks

• Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and report findings to Service Advisors

• Complete work accurately and efficiently while meeting dealership quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines

• Support fellow technicians and service team members as needed

• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices

✅ Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Lube Technician or in basic vehicle maintenance preferred

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and service tools

• High attention to detail with excellent time management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be 21 years or older

🎓 Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Technical/vocational automotive training is a plus

• ASE or equivalent certification is a bonus
