The Role: Fence Fabricator
We’re hiring a Fence Fabricator to construct fence sections and gates using multiple materials and hardware. Ability to weld chain link gates using galvanized pipe and powder-coated pipe is not required, but would be a bonus. Fence experience is not required (it’s a bonus). If you have wood and/or vinyl shop experience and you bring the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
This is a shop-based position focused on producing clean, consistent fence sections and gates that meet our quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricate fence sections and gates (layout, fit-up, finish)
- Read and follow work orders, measurements, and specs
- Cut, notch, drill, and prep materials
- Maintain consistent quality: square frames, clean joints, professional appearance
- Assist with gate hardware fitment as needed (hinges, latches, etc.)
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with the shop team to hit production goals without sacrificing quality
What We’re Looking For: Required
- Ability to measure accurately and work with basic fabrication tools
- Pride in clean work: straight lines, attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual — we do not do “late”
- A team-first mindset and willingness to learn
Bonus (Not Required)
- Fence industry experience
- Experience welding galvanized material
- General fabrication experience in a production/shop environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials typical to fence fabrication
- Comfort working on your feet in a shop environment
