Position Summary: 

EAGLERIDER is looking for Off-Road Tour Guides to join our team at our Las Vegas location. We are looking for team players who are driven, highly motivated, customer service-oriented and passionate. These individuals will be responsible for offering customer service and other operational assistance. The guide will be the first point of contact for walk in customers. Guides will maintain a knowledge of the different tours offered by EAGLERIDER , be able to answer questions competently and set proper guest expectations. Off-Road Guides will provide support, and coordinate with the Off-Road Tour manager to ensure tour vehicles are ready ahead of when guests arrive. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-inspections on UTV’s prior to departing on the tour
• Prepare and line up UTV’s as dictated by the tour schedule
• Greet and orient guests before each guided tour
• Lead guided tours by always yielding to other tours and the public traffic
• Always proceed at a rate slow enough to be safe for given conditions and skill level of the guests
• Use caution at intersections, cresting hills, around corners or other areas with limited visibility
• Ability to work a minimum of two guided tours per week

Desired Experience:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring 
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors
• Ability to communicate clearly over the radio, online and in person
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb as needed for each tour
• Ability to use a cell phone, make sound decisions and stay calm during an emergency 
• Clean active Driving record, free of DUI’S
• Pass pre-employment and random substance abuse screenings
