J. Butler Property Management is looking to hire a traveling leasing agent for a portfolio of properties. The properties range from multi & single family homes to individual condominiums and townhomes. The position requires the ability to multi task and create your own schedule while simultaneously working with our office staff.
Primary duties include:
- Listing vacant units through our multiple advertising channels.
- Respond to inquiries to view apartments. Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Work with tenants to complete applications process and work with the office to complete the screening process.
- Lease signings.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to get unit's ready for showings.
- Work with office staff to gain new business and new accounts.
The right candidate should possess the following:
- Real estate experience.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create your own schedule and work independently.
Compensation & Growth
We offer a base salary of $300 per week and a generous 50 %commission split. The majority of leasing agents earn between 50-85k a year depending on their skill set and work ethic.
