Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Bridal Stylist role based in Tucson, AZ. The Bridal Stylist will guide clients through the wedding dress selection process, from initial consultation to final choice, while providing warm, attentive service. Responsibilities include greeting clients, understanding their style preferences, pulling and styling gowns and accessories, and offering honest, professional feedback. The role also involves maintaining fitting rooms and showroom displays, handling basic retail sales transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The Bridal Stylist will support appointment scheduling, follow-up communication, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Retail Sales skills, including consultative selling and closing sales in a boutique or similar environment.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a welcoming, supportive, and responsive client experience.
- Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly guide clients through choices.
- Interest in fashion, styling, or bridal wear, with an eye for fit, silhouettes, and accessorizing.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak bridal seasons, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team setting.
- Previous experience in bridal, formalwear, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
