What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent – High-Intent Leads + Speed-to-Lead Systems position at J. Boswell Team?
Convert More Buyer/Seller Leads with Speed, Structure, and Real Sales Support
In real estate, leads are only valuable if they are handled fast and followed up consistently. Many agents lose closings because response time slips, follow-up gets inconsistent, or their pipeline is not tracked. When you are balancing showings, listing prep, paperwork, and DIY marketing, it is easy for high-intent buyer/seller leads to go cold.
The J Boswell Team has built a modern real estate sales platform designed to increase speed-to-lead and improve conversion. The team is the #1 LPT Realty Team in Connecticut and ranks #8 of 423 teams statewide by units sold. With 730 clients served, $242M in homes sold, and hundreds of 5-star reviews across Google and Zillow, the results are proven and the standards are high. This is an opportunity for a full-time, licensed real estate agent or Realtor who wants a stronger pipeline and a clearer path to more closings.
What Do Real Estate Agents Need to Convert Leads Faster?
They need speed, consistency, and a system that makes follow-up measurable. Buyer and seller leads convert when response is fast, messaging is consistent, and every touchpoint is tracked. The J Boswell Team routes leads into Follow Up Boss CRM and supports agents with automation, smart lead routing, and accountability so opportunities do not slip through the cracks.
