What You'll Do
Project Oversight & Execution
- Manage water mitigation projects from initial assessment through job completion
- Ensure proper drying procedures in accordance with IICRC standards
- Monitor job progress, timelines, and profitability
- Supervise, schedule, and support mitigation technicians in the field
- Provide on-site direction, coaching, and quality control
- Help train and develop technicians as the division grows
- Ensure accurate moisture mapping, drying logs, photos, and job documentation
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and internal quality expectations
- Coordinate closely with estimators, operations, and homeowners
- Serve as a point of contact in the field to ensure smooth project flow and customer confidence
- Identify issues early and solve problems in fast-moving environments
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in water mitigation / water damage restoration
- Previous experience supervising technicians or crews
- Strong working knowledge of drying equipment, moisture tracking, and mitigation processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
- IICRC WRT - Water Damage Restoration Technician (strongly preferred)
- IICRC ASD - Applied Structural Drying
- IICRC AMRT - Applied Microbial Remediation
- OSHA safety certification (preferred but not required)
