Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowners' needs for shower/wet space remodeling projects
- Present customized options and solutions that align with the homeowner's vision, preferences, and budget
- Close sales confidently, ensuring the homeowner feels informed and supported throughout the decision-making process
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a trusted representative of the company
Requirements
- 1 years of in-home sales experience
- Proven track record of generating $1M annually in in-home sales
- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to sales
- Customer-Focused: You listen first and design solutions that fit the client
- Coachable: You're open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Persistent and Results-Driven: You're motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
- Adaptable: You can relate to different personality styles and tailor your communication accordingly

- High earning potential with uncapped commissions: $100K-$250K
