This role is essential in supporting our business while also elevating the client experience. With plans to double in size every few years, we are looking for talented, hard-working individuals who not only excel in their specific role but are also committed to the direction and growth of the firm as a whole.
The firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning and risk management (which includes life insurance, disability insurance, income annuities and long-term care insurance).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendars ensuring schedules are organized and aligned with business needs.
- Onboard new Clients and Prospects in a professional, timely manner.
- Answer routine client service requests and questions.
- Maintain client records and document client communications.
- Plan and manage all Team events.
- Coordinate Client gifts and J BLACK FINANCIAL GROUP merch.
- Provide administrative and office support.
- Work collaboratively and interdependently with Team Members.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and follow-through with tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication, internal and external.
- Always do what’s in the client's best interest.
- Professionalism, high standards and diligence.
- Champions positivity in a fun, collaborative, energic team environment.
- Maintains highest levels of client confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Systems (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Excel).
