Responsibilities:
· Perform onsite routine service including installation, maintenance, and repair
· Ensure field services are effective and customer requirements are met
· Communicate with customers via email, phone, or letter
· File and record product failures
· Respond to emergency repair orders from customers in a timely manner
· Service and clean company supplied vehicle
· Repair complex and significant work orders with expertise
· Work flexible hours; including nights and weekends with possible overnight stay
