Inside Sales Representative - HVAC

J&B Supply, Inc. in Sherwood is seeking a professional and skilled candidate for a HVAC inside sales position. The position requires excellent customer service to customers in the store or out in the field, parts sales, and new business development. Responsibilities & Qualifications

• The primary responsibilities of the position will be inside support for our contractor base. Taking care of customers in the store and on the phone. Other responsibilities are backing up other employees by stocking shelves, receiving inventory, and making deliveries.
• Experience in the HVAC industry or other pertinent experience in the trade preferred. Pay will be based on experience.
• Follow company policies related to safety and operation of vehicles, fork lifts, etc.
• Heavy lifting required.
• High school diploma or GED
• MVR, background check, and drug screen required
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The position will be responsible for not only helping customers, but also fellow employees. We are looking for a positive and team oriented attitude.
