Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Lubbock, TX. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, identifying and addressing customer needs, presenting product solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and sustaining customer relationships, participating in sales meetings, and providing technical expertise during the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in industrial sales or technical sales is a plus
