- Detention pay per hour: $20 - $25

- Live load/unload per stop: $55

- Hazmat per load: $20

- Crosstown per load: $25
- Driver assist per load: $25
- Empty move per load: $25
- Empty search per hour: $20
- Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
- Mechanical tractor repositioning: $20
- Rail delay per hour: $20
- Refused delivery per load: $35
- Truck order not used: $20
- Waiting on truck per hour: $20
- Overweight rework per hour: $20
- Yard checks per hour: $20
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- Mandatory in-person roundtables and safety meetings per hour: $25
