- $0.425 - $0.53 per mile
- Detention pay: $20 - $30 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $55 per stop
- Live load/unload: $75 per stop
- Driver load/unload: $45 per stop
- Refused delivery: $55
- Truck order not used: $30
- Empty move: $25 per load
- Empty search: $20 per hour
- Hazmat: $40 per load
