Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion. Driver will be paid $200 per day during training.
After Training, Driver Will Transition To Activity Based Pay

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

- $0.48-$0.58 per mile
- Stop pay: $30 per stop
- Central Oregon pay: $80 flat rate
- Outsource work: $300-$350 per day
- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $87,000
