Job Details:
- $0.32-$0.42 cpm
- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $32 per stop
- Live load/unload: $39 per stop
- Hazmat: $25 per load
- Refrigerated: $30 per load
- Mechanical breakdown: $20 per hour
- Rail delays: $20 per hour
- Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
- Waiting on truck: $20 per hour
- Tractor repositioning work: $25 per occurrence
- Yard checks: $20 per hour
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day???? ??? ???
