- $0.43 per mile
- Detention pay per hour: $20 - $24
- Drop and hook per stop: $35
- Live load/unload per stop: $45
- Driver load/unload per stop: $45
- Hazmat per load: $25
- Refrigerated per load: $30
- Crosstown per load: $15
- Empty move per load: $15
- Empty search per hour: $20
- Equipment cleaning per hour: $20
- Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
- Rail delay per hour: $20
- Refused delivery per stop: $35
- Truck order not used: $15
- Waiting on truck per hour: $20
- Yard checks per hour: $20
- Spotting work: $10 per trailer
- Mountain pass pay: $25 per occurrence
- Daily rate pay: $3-$36 per day after one year of service
- Chaining pay: $30
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- Compliance duties: $20 per hour
- New hire training: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay per day: $210
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000
