Compensation:
- Starting hourly rate for this position is: $18.00 per hour
- An additional $2.00 shift differential will be applied while working 2nd shift
- Pay is based on job-related experience
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday (starts at 1:00 pm)
Location:
- This position is at the St. Michael facility full time.
Essential Functions:
- Wash and sanitize production equipment, including tumblers, bins, etc.
- Visually inspect and segregate damaged equipment; report to immediate supervisor.
- Clean and organize dry storage and cooler areas, and other assigned areas as needed.
- Proactively inspect work performed for effectiveness.
- Ensures Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
- Restock production-related PPE and cleaning supplies, as needed.
- Other duties assigned by Production Leadership.
- Comply with requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Physical and Environmental Factors:
- Includes activities such as but not limited to walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning
- Requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
- Requires ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks/rest periods) in addition continuously moving on and off the pallet jack.
- Subject to temperatures ranging from 30 degrees to 50 degrees constantly
- Safety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor. Attend, and successfully complete, when applicable, all required safety training.
- Quality Awareness - Comply with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Food Safety and Quality Food Programs (SQF).
