Customer Service Representative (Automotive Repair Shop)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives on creating a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our shop. This position plays a key role in our daily operations — from greeting guests to keeping communication flowing between our customers and technicians.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and return voicemails promptly
- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Keep track of repair progress in our shop management system (Mitchell1 and AutoVitals)
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair timelines and updates
- Handle payments and invoices through our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
- Support the service advisor team by following up on parts, updates, and scheduling
- Participate in ongoing training in customer service, sales, and service writing

- Comfortable with computers, phones, and basic office technology

Requirements
- Customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, office, or similar)
- Automotive or service writer experience preferred, not required
- Basic computer and POS skills
- Willingness to train and grow within the company
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
