Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of operating sewing machines. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing operations.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and garment construction techniques as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in garment construction and sewing is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating different types of sewing machines and equipment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
