Pick Up and Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Job Summary:
  We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Pick-Up & Delivery Driver to support our Ford Mobile Service team. This role is responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service appointments, ensuring timely and professional delivery while providing excellent customer service.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments.

  • Ensure safe and secure transport of vehicles while following all traffic laws.

  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding pickup and delivery times.

  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles before and after transport, noting any concerns.

  • Assist the service team with basic vehicle coordination and logistics as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership’s service vehicle.

  • Assist team with calling and scheduling appointments during down time.

  • Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Driver's License
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent problem solving skills

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
