We are hiring for a Maintenance and Construction Support Technician!🦺
This position is a veristile maintenance and construction support position. You will be an integral part of the team, helping maintain high standards for properties while supporting broader construction operations.
💥Key Responsibilities
-Perform routine property maintenance and repairs on property to avoid and/or minimize downtime and disruption
-Float between different jobsites, contributing labor and support wherever required—this may include demolition, site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades, and cleanup.
-Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements on every site.
-Communicate effectively with supervisors, property managers, and construction teams to coordinate tasks and maximize efficiency.
-Utilize tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working order.
-Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
💥Qualifications
-Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or related field preferred.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors, and handle manual labor.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Familiarity with hand and power tools.
