Duties
- Lead carpentry work: framing, finishing, and general construction
- Assist in painting and basic plumbing or electrical tasks as needed
- Construct and maintain ponds, fountains, or pools when required
- Use basic design or planning tools to support project layouts
- Work independently on various tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace across all projects
Experience
- Strong carpentry and general construction experience is essential
- Experience in painting, basic plumbing, and electrical work is a plus
- Familiarity with water feature installation or maintenance
- Basic computer or design tool familiarity is a bonus
- Independent problem-solver with strong project ownership
- Physical stamina for a variety of tasks and outdoor work
