Job Description:
J.A.M. Excavating & Construction Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Filler to support daily warehouse and material supply operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing orders, organizing materials, packing items, and ensuring that supplies and equipment are accurately prepared for delivery and project use.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or construction supply environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill and prepare orders based on work orders and supply requests
- Pick and organize materials and equipment for delivery or storage
- Pack and label items for shipment or internal distribution
- Verify order accuracy and quantities
- Assist with inventory and stock organization
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist warehouse and logistics team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, order filling, or construction supply experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move materials when required
- Basic organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and reliable
Pay: $21.90 - $22.90 per hour
