Machine Operator / Material Handler
We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our grinding room. This is a hands-on role operating machines, finishing O-rings, and supporting daily production. No experience required—paid training provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate grinding machines
- Finish and inspect O-rings
- Log job details in our system
- Keep your workstation clean
Schedule:
- Start times: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM (after training)
- Two 15-minute breaks 30-minute lunch

Requirements:
- 18 and high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Able to stand for most of the shift
- Mechanically inclined

- Experience with calipers or measuring tools
