Job Title: Residential Glazier - Lead Installer
Job Description: J&A Glass is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to fill the role of Residential Glazier - Lead Installer. This is a full-time position, with a competitive starting wage and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in the installation of shower doors, mirrors, and many other custom glass solutions our clients trust us to provide.
- Clean and prepare work areas or job sites as needed or instructed
- Load, offload, and deliver materials to work sites
- Follow instructions from the project managers
- Assist other Lead Glaziers as needed
- Identify and report issues with work material on site
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Comfort using hand and power tools
- 1-2 years of basic construction labor experience
- 2 years of Shower Door installation experience
- Valid ID and driver's license free of major accidents and DUIs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measures
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and travel to work sites out of the area as needed

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Typical hours for this position are from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
- Overtime as required

- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
