Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will handle scheduling and coordinating appointments, responding to client inquiries, managing email communication, and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include updating records, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in business operations as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day management.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, organization, and records management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as email platforms, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the professional cleaning or service industry is a plus
