Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
IZI1 Operations is seeking a motivated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement and storage of materials within our warehouse facility. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Transport packages between warehouse operational stations and storage locations.
• Move shipments between inbound, inspection, servicing, consolidation, and outbound areas.
• Deliver packages to designated racks, bins, staging lanes, or workstations.
• Retrieve packages from storage locations for operational processing.
• Support replenishment of operational work areas.
• Support warehouse workflow and operational efficiency.
• Help reduce workstation congestion and package accumulation
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, leads, and supervisors regarding package movement priorities.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Load and unload materials efficiently, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items through mechanical knowledge of equipment.
• Support warehouse supervisors in daily operations, including materials handling, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Receive inbound packages, pallets, containers, and deliveries from carriers and vendors
• Unload packages from trailers, containers, vans, or carts
• Verify shipment quantities and visible package condition
• Scan and induct packages into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Measure and weigh packages
• Match packages against inbound documentation
• Apply internal labels, barcodes, routing labels, or identification stickers
• Identify unrecognized shipments
• Place packages into designated staging or storage locations
• Maintain accurate inbound processing records
• Load packages into trailers, containers, ULDs, vans, or carrier cages
• Ensure shipments are dispatched according to cutoff times and schedules
• Perform final shipment verification before release

Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is highly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is a plus.
• Experience in construction or similar industries involving heavy lifting and materials handling is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
