_ Schedule & Expectations_

• Evening shifts (4:45pm – close, which may run past 1am)
• Team members rotate tasks: food prep, sushi bar, kitchen, serving, cleaning, etc.
• We value fairness — everyone helps where needed

_ Pay & Benefits_

• Base pay: $16.50–$25.00 /hr (based on experience & role)
• Tip pool: most earn $7–$10 /hr extra

→ Total: $20–$35/hr average after training
